WebI had to cancel my tour to London Paris Rome in September. I received my cancellation fee back from Aetna in 2 weeks of faxing it over. The only problem with mines was that they had my middle name wrong in there system. They blamed go ahead tours. Go ahead called them with the correction. Still my check came with the incorrect middle name.
